Booking and Cancellation Policy

To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total stay amount is required, preferably via bank transfer.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellations and booking changes are considered only if communicated in writing by e-mail.

In case of cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit is not refunded, but can be converted into a voucher for a future stay at our hotel.

Voucher use

The voucher:

  • is issued in the name of the original booking holder
  • is valid for a stay within 9 months from the cancelled booking date
  • is subject to hotel availability
  • cannot be split or combined with other stays, offers or promotions
  • must be used in one single stay with a value equal to or higher than the original deposit
  • any price difference will not be refunded

Documented unforeseen events

The conversion of the deposit into a voucher is possible upon presentation of written proof confirming the impossibility to travel due to health or work-related reasons.

The document:

  • must be sent by e-mail only
  • must not include diagnoses or sensitive personal data
  • must simply confirm the inability to travel during the booked period

Late cancellations and no-shows

In case of cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival, no-show, late arrival or early departure, the deposit will be retained as a penalty.

High season and group bookings

The same cancellation conditions apply during high season and for group bookings.

Any special conditions will be considered only if agreed in writing at the time of booking.
